Job Responsiblities:
- Develop and execute the overall channel sales strategy to expand the dealer and distribution network nationwide.
- Design and implement channel sales policies, pricing structures, and incentive programs to drive sustainable growth.
- Take full ownership of sales targets and channel revenue performance, ensuring achievement of business objectives.
- Develop, expand, and manage the dealer and distribution network for solar energy equipment in the Vietnamese market.
- Define market coverage strategy, including territory planning and partner segmentation across regions.
- Collaborate with internal departments (technical, marketing, operations) to support sales execution and project delivery.
- Lead, coach, and develop the channel sales team to ensure high performance and capability growth.
- Monitor channel performance, analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and present regular business reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to the General Director.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in channel development, B2B sales, or dealer/distributor management.
- Experience in renewable energy, solar, electrical equipment, or EPC industries is preferred.
- Strong ability to develop and maintain business relationships with partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong business acumen with a results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel as required.
