Job Responsiblities:
- Assist the General Director in managing, coordinating, and monitoring business operations in the solar energy sector.
- Prepare business documents, quotations, proposals, bidding documents, and reports to support sales activities.
- Participate in meetings with clients and partners; take minutes and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
- Support the General Director in negotiations, commercial discussions, and relationship management with strategic clients and partners.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and regularly update project status, revenue performance, and deal progress.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitors and industry trends in the renewable energy sector to support strategic decision-making.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Director.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in roles such as Executive Assistant, Business Analyst, Sales Support, or similar.
- Experience in energy, solar, EPC, B2B sales, or technical-related fields is preferred.
- Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to travel when required.
