Job Responsiblities:
Technical Proposal Development
- Conduct or participate in site surveys to gather input data for preliminary system design
- Develop preliminary technical proposals (system layout, capacity sizing, equipment selection) in coordination with the Technical Design team
- Prepare technical specifications, and supporting documentation for tender submissions
Commercial Proposal & Client Engagement
- Prepare commercial proposals and quotations tailored to each client’s technical and financial context
- Present solutions to clients and respond to technical/commercial queries throughout the proposal process
- Support negotiation with clients and partners to advance opportunities toward contract signing
- Proactively identify and develop new business leads where possible — self-sourced opportunities are strongly valued
Coordination & Pipeline Management
- Work closely with Technical Design, Construction, other internal teams to ensure proposal accuracy and alignment
- Track proposal status, follow up on submitted bids, and report pipeline progress to management
- Stay current on solar market trends, energy policies, tariff structures, and competitor landscape in Vietnam
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering — Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in a technical sales, pre-sales, proposal engineering, or B2B commercial role
- Experience in solar, renewable energy, MEP industries is an advantage
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand basic electrical/structural systems
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with AutoCAD, PVsyst, or similar tools is a plus
- Proficiency in English in all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently toward commercial targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage confidently with B2B clients and manage multiple proposals under tight deadlines.
