Roles and Responsibilities

1. Content Creation and Management:

• Develop, edit, and proofread content for various platforms, including website articles, social media posts, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to highlight key projects, partnerships, and achievements in renewable energy, showcasing Vu Phong Energy Group’s leadership in the sector.
• Research and create in-depth articles, case studies, and thought leadership pieces on renewable energy trends, solar projects, and sustainable development.
• Maintain and update website content, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and target audience.

2. Quality Assurance:

• Review content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency in tone.
• Ensure that all materials adhere to the company’s branding and editorial guidelines.

3. Content Optimization:

• Apply SEO principles to optimize digital content for search engines and improve online visibility.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and content creation.

4. Cross-Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to align content efforts with business objectives.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather information for creating impactful content.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Literature, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 year of proven experience in content writing, preferably in the renewable energy or sustainability sector.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Good writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles.
• Proficiency in digital content strategies and analytics tools.
• Have ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
• Understand the best practices of main social media channels including Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
• Basic knowledge of tools like CapCut, Canva, etc., is a plus.
