JOB DESCRIPTION
Business Strategy:
- Plan, build, develop new business strategies in order to expand the company’s business capabilities.
- Propose, develop sales goals and strategies for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Improve sales process where is appropriated in order to implement effective actions/reactions.
- Training personnel and helping team member develops their skills
Market & Customer Research
- Carry out market research on the company’s products.
- Research competitors: products, business activities, marketing activities, etc
- Participate in conferences and seminars related to the company’s business areas in renewable energy industry.
- Establish diplomatic relationships (partners, potential customers, etc.)
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
- Conduct monthly report
Other details will be discussed in interview You will be supported the followings by the Company to complete the work:
- Transaction history of current customers, leads, and other supports to approach big customers….
- CARS for meeting with clients.
- TRAINING about products, sales skills, ways to approach customers by Experts in the industry.

TIME AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT
- Working time: 8am – 5pm daily from Monday to Friday, (Saturday only works in the
- morning)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor/Engineer degree in business, or related field. (major in Engineering is a plus)
- Ability to use English (4 skills) fluently
- Proficient office skills
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strategic and critical thinking
- Minimum 01 years of experience in similar position.
- Willing to go on business trips when needed
- Experience in solar energy is an advantage
