He is currently the General Director of VP Carbon and the Deputy General Director at Vu Phong Energy Group, a leading enterprise in the field of renewable energy. Vu Phong Energy Group operates an ecosystem that provides renewable energy solutions and net-zero strategies for industrial parks, businesses, and urban areas. In his role, Mr. An is primarily responsible for market targets in Vietnam, the Philippines, and Indonesia.
As the General Director of VP Carbon - a member company of Vu Phong Energy Group - he and his team provide solutions to help businesses reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Their goal is to become a trusted partner in the transition to 100% renewable energy and Net-Zero. This includes services such as registering and trading renewable energy certificates (I-RECs), optimizing energy consumption to reduce Scope 2 emissions, and implementing carbon credit offset projects (CERs) across all three emission scopes.
Beyond his business endeavors, Mr. An Pham is deeply involved in community initiatives, particularly through JCI (Junior Chamber International), a global nonprofit with over 11 million members. He has earned numerous accolades, including:
- TOP 3 Most Outstanding Members at the 2023 JCI Asia-Pacific Conference, Indonesia.
- Most Outstanding Member of JCI Vietnam 2022.
Councilor, JCI Asia-Pacific Development Council (2022-2023) for Laos & Uzbekistan.

- Best Inter-Organization Collaboration Project Award for The Reach Project with JCI Anseong at the 2019 JCI Asia-Pacific Conference, Jeju, Korea.
