JOB DESCRIPTION
- Project Planning and Initiation: Review technical documents and contract requirements; Develop comprehensive project plans covering schedule, resources, budget, and risk management; Organize kick-off meetings with relevant departments.
- Project Implementation Management: Coordinate with departments and subcontractors to execute the project; Monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure construction safety and quality; Track expenses and effectively manage budget adjustments.
- Communication and Reporting: Act as the main contact with clients and project stakeholders; Prepare periodic reports on progress, quality, and risks; Recommend adjustments when changes or new issues arise.
- Acceptance and Handover: Coordinate acceptance and testing with relevant stakeholders; Prepare as-built documentation and payment dossiers; Handover systems to the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) team or clients.
- Other Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have Qualifications
1. Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Construction, Renewable Energy, Electrical, Electronics, or MEP.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial construction, solar energy, or EPC projects.
2. Knowledge & Expertise
- Experience in planning, scheduling, and risk management for solar power projects.
- Strong understanding of technical standards and safety regulations in renewable energy.
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors, manpower, and materials to ensure project efficiency.
- Experience in supervising and resolving technical issues to ensure construction quality.
3. Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with project stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and travel as required.
- Highly responsible and proactive in project quality management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Project.
4. Language
- Good English communication skills; able to discuss technical matters with international clients and partners.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
1. International Experience & Renewable Energy Ecosystem
- Experience working with FDI partners, international consultants, and clients.
- Familiarity with EVN, the Department of Industry and Trade, and Project Management Boards.
2. Project Management Experience
- Experience managing or executing solar, wind, or renewable energy projects.
- Possession of relevant professional certificates (Construction, Electrical Supervision, PMP, or equivalent).
3. Technical Expertise & Technology Trends
- Understanding of BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems), substations, and grid connection systems.
- Awareness of new technology trends and digital transformation in project management.
4. Tools & Software
- Experience using cost estimation and budget management software.
